MASTERING
Premiere’s extensive mastering capabilities can create quality stampers
for all major formats. All mastering activities are in a Class 1000 clean
room environment. Masters are pre-scanned for viruses and tested for compliance
to industry CD/DVD book specifications. We also have the ability to implement
a variety of fonts, bar codes and logos on the stamper identification
band.
REPLICATION/PRINT
Premiere utilizes the latest technologies for replication of optical media.
Our Advanced manufacturing machines provide the highest quality and fastest
cycle times available. Our high-speed, high precision injection molding
presses utilize the latest in robotic technology. Premiere
provides our customers with a variety of screen-printing options up to
six colors. Spot color choices including all PMS colors, pastels, fluorescent
and metallic. Custom color mixing from an art sample or a proof is available.
Customers can provide their own film or use Premiere’s graphic services
for scans, typesetting, film output and project consultations services.
AUDIO CASSETTE
DUPLICATION
Audio duplication is
preformed using Electro Sound 8000s. Apex imprinting, Scandia packaging,
and automated shrink-wrapping systems allow Premiere Media Solutions to
package your cassettes with J-cards in a Norelco box in one cost saving
process. Premiere Media Solutions custom loads professional grade tape
into premium shells to give you the finest quality available. Masters
formats that can be utilized for duplication include CDR and DAT. All
masters should be production ready.

Audio Duplication Process
- Production-ready master furnished by customer.
- Digital bin loop is created for actual productions run
- Duplication onto audio tape of your choice.
- Load duplicated tapes into shells
- Labeling, imprinting, shrink-wrapping and other post-duplication activities are provided as needed.
VIDEO DUPLICATION
Real-time Video Duplication
With over 1200 industrial JVC and Panasonic Hi-Fi duplication machines,
Premiere offers you real-time duplication. Source equipment includes Digital
BC, DVcam, DVPro, D2, 1" Betacam SP, 3/4" S-VHS and VHS.
High-speed Video Duplication
Premiere features Sony's HSP800 high speed duplication system to ensure
high quality, consistent duplication every time. We can make a 30 minute
program every 11 seconds.
Video Tape and Blanks
Premiere Media Solutions custom loads 3M and BASF back-coated tape into
high quality VHS shells to meet your exact specifications.
